We host community workshops throughout the state when our seasonal schedule permits. These opportunities providing hands on skill training range from private one on one lessons to group classes. We've collaborated with MOFGA, Maine Farmland Trust, fellow butchers and culinary training institutions to teach many dimensions of purveying meat for the homestead.
We often share information collaboratively in pursuit of superior Maine meat. From discussing cut selection, comparing yield data, recipe testing, carcass presentation and advising custom orders, we look forward to opportunities to help fellow farmers and producers interested in developing or enhancing meat production.
